It was in a central setting to the Carnegie museums.

The breakfast was free and good and had a lot of options. All of the staff were hospitable, best. The hotel had a central setting in the Bridges restaurant. I found there a lot of restaurants to eat, like Pizza Prima that is only 5 minutes' walk away...

Great room, great service. Tiny but useful gym. Very cheerful staff. The restaurant seemed okay but a bit overpriced, so I didn't try it.

The hotel was wonderful and upgraded with efficient employees at the reception desk. The location was ideal, for example, an art museum was not too far from the property. We dined at an excellent nearby restaurant with local dishes.
The breakfast definitely should have been included.

Great location, but really noisy!
Stayed for 2 nights in a beautiful queen room with my family. The hotel is comfy and super clean, a plus. Couldn't get good sleep with workers yelling outside my window. Oh, and the bar staff was nice, but the overall vibe felt off. Definitely not what we expected.

The location is ideal, 1 mile from a Schenley park. Efficient personnel is with other staff members. The room is moderately priced.

The hotel was located in the middle of the Pitt campus and was surrounded by great architecture and walkable neighbourhoods
The exercise room was too small and had sparse equipment. The hotel charged $20/night parking and $15/night for a roll-away cot neither cost was explained when I first called the hotel to ask about the room.

It was just a good pick for a short weekend trip in Pittsburgh with very nice value for money. The staff was really helpful. A woman at the front desk made checking in easy. Make sure to check the restaurant's menu in advance.

It is quite close to cmu, within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, great bathrooms compared to other hotels of similar price. Parking was cheap compared to other nearby options.
Couldn't get internet to work (wired or wireless). The construction outside the hotel was quite loud, starting around 4:30 am. And the climate control system felt over-sized for the room... When it was on, it was blasting frigid air directly onto bed, and when off the room had to heat way up to uncomfortable levels for it to come on again. Not a nice sleep.

The location is very convenient for visits to university campuses.
The fitness room was really too small, more people wanted to use than machines and room available.

excellent access to parks and university landmarks
I loved that the hotel was within a few steps of the fine Cathedral of Learning and just a short stroll from the lush Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, making my weekend walk explorations so much richer while soaking in the beautiful architecture and greenery surrounding the area.

The room was clean, comfortable. The hotel is very close to the university, which was very convenient.
The staff at the front desk was absent frequently and when they were present at the desk not very friendly but always looked busy, elevators were shut down for maintenance during the day.
