Great location, but really noisy!

Stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe queen room with my family. The hotel is comfy and super clean, which is a plus. Couldn't get good sleep with workers yelling outside my window. Oh, and the bar staff was nice, but the overall vibe felt off. Definitely not what we expected.

It was just a good pick for a short weekend trip in Pittsburgh with incredible value for money. The staff was really helpful. a woman at the front desk made checking in a breeze. Make sure to check the restaurant’s menu in advance.

excellent access to parks and university landmarks

I loved that the hotel was within a few steps of the stunning Cathedral of Learning and just a short stroll from the lush Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, making my weekend walk explorations so much richer while soaking in the beautiful architecture and greenery surrounding the area.

Had a relaxing time with a comfy king room and loved the fun decor in the lobby! The snacks at the bar were a nice touch. Wouldn’t stay again though.

However, the small onsite restaurant was cozy and offered decent meals after long days exploring nearby attractions like the Cathedral of Learning. Overall, it was a good stay, but there’s room for improvement in some areas.

Recommended for family with kids

The kids loved the indoor pool, I mean it's like a mini water park, they didn't wanna leave. The staff was very friendly and even helped us find a local diner that was still open when we arrived late at night. Was a lifesaver.

But let me tell you, it wasn't exactly cheap.

The small onsite restaurant hits the spot after long days exploring the nearby joints like Brioche Doree and Kevins Deli. Plus, big props to Tanisha at the front desk who's a rockstar and makes you feel at home! Definitely catching those good vibes here.

Ain't no complimentary breakfast service? Just a couple cups of joe from the in-room machine, not ideal! And the billing confusion had me sweating, but Jermaine stepped in like a champ to calm my nerves.

Had an awesome vacation with my friends! We spent time visiting the University of Pittsburgh and hanging out at the local parks. The room was comfortable with two queen beds, and enough space to relax. Just a heads up, the dining options were decent but not remarkable.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could really use supervision.

I had a great stay! The pool was a refreshing escape after a long day, and the breakfast was delicious and worth every penny. The friendly bartenders made evenings enjoyable, although the restaurant setup felt cramped at times.

the bathroom was cramped. the view from the room was lovely and the heating worked perfectly. the queen beds were spacious, and the coffee station was always stocked.
